Cher Metcalf

Cher has been teaching with the District School Board of Niagara, the Peel District School Board and the Halton District School Board collectively to grades JK-12 for over 20 years. Though her main subject has been Music, she has taught Dance, Drama, Visual Arts, Social Studies, Health and even did some time in Kindergarten. Cher has a degree in Music, Teaching and an Honours Specialist in Music and Teacher Leadership. Throughout her education journey Musical Theater was a huge part of her and her two daughters- Charlotte and Bridget's lives. She has directed multiple shows. Over the past 3 years she ran the younger group at Stagestruck Musical theater and this past year taught lessons at Koogle Musical theater company. Cher is ready to fly solo and realize her lifelong dream of her own Musical Theater company. Something that sets her apart is her ability to make everyone feel like family. She believes that gratitude in life is incredibly important. Broadway Birds will provide your child with not only a top notch Musical theater experience but family for life.
